Bn mm is a vermicelli noodle soup with a heavy shrimp paste broth. It's supposed to be pretty funky, as you would expect if you've ever used shrimp paste as an ingredient. Here, Yen Ha serves it fish steaks (small enough to be something like a trout) and eggplant as well as nice pieces of pork and and few shrimp.
